Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of ProductByte services, including this website, registration flows, and product features.

By registering, creating an organization, joining an organization, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

ProductByte is operated under the trade name ProductByte, registered in the Netherlands. Registered address: Molenmaker 33, 2761ME Zevenhuizen, Netherlands. KvK: 98942719. BTW: NL003112540B37.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.

Features depend on your plan and may include quotas, trial periods, and time-based restrictions. If you exceed applicable limits, some features may be restricted until you upgrade.

Paid subscriptions renew according to your selected billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are not separately offered by ProductByte unless required by law; payment disputes and chargebacks follow Stripe and applicable card-network processes.

You may not misuse the service, including attempts to bypass authentication, billing, or security controls, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant ProductByte rights required to host, process, and display that content to provide the service. ProductByte retains rights in the platform itself.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, compliance, or product updates. We may also update these Terms by publishing a revised version.

For material pricing or Terms changes, we provide at least 1 month notice before they take effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or security reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security risk, abusive use, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. If you have a paid subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. ProductByte is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer or data protection laws.

ProductByte is intended for business users and organizations, not for children.
