Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. You can start with Go without a credit card.

What counts as a creative?

Each image or carousel you generate, and each edit that makes a new image. Your allowance refills every month.

Do limits apply per project or to the whole workspace?

To the whole workspace. Products, social channels, scheduled posts, and Sync destinations add up across all your projects.

Can I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Upgrade or cancel from Billing in your workspace settings. After you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Go.
