How to connect
Full access needs ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, or Edu on the web. On Pro, ChatGPT can only read from ProductByte.
- 1Turn on developer mode. On Business, an admin or owner switches it on in the workspace settings.
- 2Open Plugins, select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
- 3Paste the server URL, set Authentication to OAuth, and create the plugin.
- 4Sign in to ProductByte, then choose the workspace and what ChatGPT may use.
- 5In a chat, type @ and pick ProductByte.
