## How to connect

1. Open Customize, then Connectors, and select Add.
2. Choose Custom, then Web.
3. Name it ProductByte, paste the server URL, and select Add.
4. Select Connect, sign in to ProductByte, then choose the workspace and what Claude may use.
5. In a chat, open the plus menu and turn on ProductByte under Connectors.

### What can my agent see and change?

You decide when you sign in. Pick the workspace, then choose what it may use: accounts, your catalog, Sync, campaigns, and insights. When your agent needs more, it asks and you approve it. You can disconnect it in ProductByte at any time.

### Can my agent publish without me?

Posts start as drafts. They go out only when your agent schedules, queues, or sends them, and only if you allowed campaigns when you signed in.

### Does it work with more than one shop?

Yes. Your agent sees every project in the workspace you chose and works in the one you name.
